This training package builds on your Cycle Coaching sessions and is designed for women who are ready to apply what they’ve learned to their workouts, nutrition, and daily routines.

Now that you understand the impact your hormones have on your body and mind — let’s use that insight to unlock strength, performance, and long-term results.

How it works?
We start by assessing your current situation — training, nutrition, sleep, stress level, and more. Then we define your personal goal: weight loss, muscle tone, endurance, or simply getting fitter and feeling stronger.
From there, we create a cycle-based training plan aligned with all four phases of your cycle — to help you reach your goals faster and more efficiently.

Each session includes:

Warm-up, main workout, cool-down

Short coaching check-in (where you’re at, what needs adjusting)

Cycle-specific fitness + nutrition guidance
Between sessions, you'll have clear focus areas, and you’re welcome to ask quick questions via WhatsApp or email​
